HR Executive

Letrik MK Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Menglembu, Perak. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our company's overall human resources initiatives and driving the implementation of effective HR policies and practices.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare monthly payroll
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF monthly submission
• Foreign workers permit renewal and fomema check up
• Prepare EA form
• Providing end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR-related laws and regulations
