HR Executive

About the Role

Global Marks Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support our human resources operations at our Islamabad office. You will play a key role in managing HR functions to support the growth and development of our people and FMCG brands, including Wavy, Glamix, Diapia, and Anytime.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS updates.
• Support performance management processes and coordinate employee evaluations.
• Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate training and development activities as required.
• Facilitate HR operations, including attendance, leave tracking, and HR reporting.
