We're looking for a dependable and organised person who can own HR responsibilities along with daily office operations. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, likes working with people, and communicates clearly in English. Freshers and candidates returning after a break are welcome - attitude, consistency, and willingness to learn matter more than prior experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. HR & people operations: Manage attendance, leave tracking, onboarding documents, and employee records. Assist with hiring coordination and act as the first point of contact for basic HR communication and documentation.
2. Office operations (operational backbone): Keep everyday office functions running smoothly schedules, supplies, vendors, and ensuring essentials like printers, internet, and ACs are functioning properly.
