Opportunity

As HR Executive in Japan, you will own end-to-end HR operations from payroll and social insurance administration to onboarding, compliance and employee engagement.


You’ll be the go-to HR partner for our Japan team, ensuring our people are supported, our processes are compliant, and our culture continues to thrive. Working closely with regional HR colleagues and local stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in delivering both operational excellence and a standout employee experience.


What You Will Do

  • Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing in compliance with Japanese regulations

  • Calculate salaries, overtime, commuting allowances, bonuses and required deductions

  • Manage statutory obligations including social insurance (健康保険・厚生年金), employment insurance (雇用保険), workers’ compensation (労災保険), resident tax (住民税), income tax (源泉所得税), and year-end tax adjustment...
