About the role

CARABAO RESTAURANT SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. In this full-time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will play a key part in shaping our human resources initiatives and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and processes
• Overseeing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Providing HR advisory and support to managers and employees on a wide range of matters
• Coordinating learning and development programmes to upskill and engage our workforce
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Assisting with payroll administration and benefits management
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR function
