Job Description
· To handle HR administrative related functions.
· Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding of new employees.
· Address employee concerns, handle grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
· Assist in maintain attendance records, manage leave tracking, and administer employee benefits.
· Ensure company policies are implemented effectively and maintain compliance with MOM labor laws and regulations.
· Coordinate training programs, support employee development initiatives, and assist in performance appraisal processes.
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Business, Human Resource or any related discipline.
· years of HR admin experience.
· Applicants with some facility / building maintenance experience is a plus

· days work week (Mon to Fri – office hours)
