HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations for retail stores, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, and support to store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and onboarding for store and head office staff
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Support performance management and confirmations
• Coordinate training, engagement, and staff communication
• Liaise with store managers for manpower planning and issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 – 2 years HR experience (retail experience preferred)
