Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. This role is strictly onsite and best suited for someone who understands practical recruitment, not just theory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Post jobs on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals
• Maintain candidate data and hiring reports
