Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Organize job fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking systemTraining & Development
- Identify training needs through job analysis and performance reviews
- Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements-
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance
- Liaise with external training providers when necessary
