HR EXECUTIVE

E Da Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a capable and responsible HR Executive to support our growing organization.

This role covers recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and performance management.

You will work closely with management to strengthen our people system and support the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
   • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection & onboarding)
   • Work with department heads on manpower planning and hiring needs
   • Prepare job descriptions and define job scope clearly
   • Build and maintain hiring pipelines (Engineers, Project Team & Admin Staff)
   • Improve hiring process efficiency and employer branding
