HR Executive

Job Overview:

To support the day-to-day HR operations of the company and ensuring smooth HR processes, employee support, and compliance across stores and corporate functions. This role covers the full spectrum of HR functions in an executive-level capacity, focusing on execution, coordination, and administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or customer-facing industries.
• Basic understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
