Job Title: HR Executive – Fixed Term (1-Year Contract)
About the Role
The HR Executive will support Pakistan HR operations and work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP), People Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective and compliant HR services. This role will play a key part in managing HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, compliance, and engagement initiatives while promoting LS&Co. values.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
• Partner with the HRBP and People Managers to provide day-to-day HR operational support and guidance on people-related matters
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (Workday, AskHR, OpenText)
