Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance management and HRMS handling
• Employee records and HR documentation
• Policy implementation and HR coordination
• Employee engagement and administrative support

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with HRMS tools, preferably FlowHCM
• Prior experience in an IT or software company will be a plus
