Job Description
Role Summary:
As part of this position, you will be involved in a comprehensive range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and HR analytics. Close collaboration with the management and corporate strategy team will be required as you gain a thorough understanding of the various people-related challenges facing the organisation.
You will be the go-to person for implementing solutions related to HR processes, ensuring compliance with Malaysia labour laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations. To succeed in this role, you will need to think creatively, analyse data, challenge established practices, and, at times, transform the way things are done, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
