1. Recruitment & Staffing
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of vacancies, candidate pipelines, and recruitment analytics.
Coordinate orientation programmes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a contact point for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a harmonious working environment.
Assist in managing disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and labour regulations.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
