HR Executive (Recruitment)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning with department heads.

• Handle HR operations such as monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IRAS tax filings, employee benefits administration, attendance, and leave management using HR systems.

• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with local employment laws, collective agreements, and WSH regulations.

• Support performance management, employee development initiatives, and provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Provide general office administration support, including managing office supplies and addressing day-to-day HR and administrative needs.
