Job Overview
Recruitment & On-boarding: Source, interview, and onboard Operators, Technicians, Engineers, Supervisors, etc.
HR Policies: Set HR policies & Basic Frameworks. Rules and Regulations, Disciplinary Framework, Specifically for production ground-crew (Operators).
HR Reporting & Analytics: Track turnover rates, manage employee over-time control & labour productivity.
Attendance & Manpower: Monitor absenteeism and manpower utilization; manage and set rules for ground-crew (operational discipline).
Performance Management: KPI setting, support annual performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives, track probation conformation.
Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Engagement & Retention: Layout employee engagement & retention programs; improve workers welfare and reduce production ground-crew turnover.
