• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and HR records.
• Plan and organize engaging and creative employee activities to foster team spirit and morale.
• Support initiatives that promote employee well‑being, engagement, and retention.
• Assist in HR initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc HR projects as required.
