Due to our business expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced, independent, and proactive HR to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering early intervention and individualized learning support.

Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Develop and implement annual training plan and budget.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Liaise with external training providers and HRD Corp (if applicable).
• Manage HRD claims and ensure proper documentation submission.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records, and evaluation reports.
