About the role

What you'll be doing

1. Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
2. Administering employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
3. Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
4. Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
5. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related concerns
