Position Overview

Tzu-Chi Foundation Singapore is seeking a proactive and skilled HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional tasked to provide the full suite of HR services spanning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, HR operations and for driving our learning and development initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, hire, and grow the best talent to achieve our business objectives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and non-clinical roles, including understanding manpower projections, drafting job descriptions, and onboarding new.
