What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation activities, including liaising with recruitment agencies
Facilitate training plans, course sourcing, and training registrations
Handle application, renewal, monitoring, and cancellation of work permits for foreign employees
Coordinate employee medical registrations and monthly invoice consolidations
Manage offboarding processes, including air ticket arrangements and work pass cancellations
Apply for site entry permits when required
Maintain and update HR personnel records in the ERP system
