HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Executive to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of employee services.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the group of companies, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & Exit Clearance, etc.
2. Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
3. Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
4. Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR letters.
5. Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing.
6. Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
7. Support administrative works for the office to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
