Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support HR team in employer branding and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant HR/Talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
