Job Description
- Manages end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate, timely employee payments, tax compliance, and benefits administration. Key duties include maintaining employee records, calculating wages/deductions, resolving pay issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.
- Provide support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application/renewal/cancellation of work passes.
- Maintain updated records of staff hostels assignments and occupancy. Take precautionary steps to ensure foreign workers residential address is promptly and accurately updated, conduct routine checks to ensure workers are indeed residing at the address reported to OFWAS system.
- Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
- Attend mediation session at TADM (Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management) as and when required.
