Role Profile

This role is performing the Human Resource Function of HR Operation and Training across all subsidiaries in WBL Engineering & Distribution Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Participate in manpower planning, providing suggestion on manpower requirements, advise on statutory requirements and provide projected manpower costing.
• Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Support all leave and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as handle monthly payroll process, work pass administration and participate in government surveys.
• Own the employees' data along the life cycle from the onboarding to termination process (e.g. payroll changes, termination documents)
• Manage processes on staff's confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and salary review exercises.
