HR Executive

About the role

Prosegur Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team in Toa Payoh Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administration for our growing operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the full payroll process, including timely and accurate preparation, calculation, and disbursement of salaries and benefits
2. Administer employee leave, claims, and other HR-related matters
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
4. Provide HR administrative support to the team, including onboarding new hires and processing terminations
5. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar payroll and HR administration role, ideally within the Remuneration & Benefits field
