Employee Benefits Management
Assist with annual insurance renewal exercise
Handle enquiries that staff may encounter on medical and leave benefits, work injuries, insurance claims and other HR related matters
Monitor and tracking the claims and leave utilizations and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Provide support in the C&B Team in their remuneration and payroll processes.
Participate in surveys and benchmarking exercise to ensure C&B practices are aligned with market practices and Management's direction.
Other ad hoc project related work assignments as and when required.
