Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual Training Plan based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Manage HRDC (HRD Corp) matters including levy utilization, course registration and claims.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training assessment reports.
Maintain training documentation and records for audit readiness.
Support company‑wide compliance activities across ISO, RSPO/MSPO, SMETA, customer/certification audits and regulatory inspections; assist and align with the Quality Management System (QMS) team to ensure HR processes and documentation meet corporate standards.
Ensure compliance documentation, SOPs, policies, and audit evidence are accurate and updated.
Follow up on audit findings and ensure completion of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Conduct internal compliance checks to ensure alignment with standards and regulations.
