Summary:


A highly accountable HR Finance, Invoice & Contract Management Analyst responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and disciplined spend management across HR services, technology, and vendors. This role serves as the operational backbone between HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, enabling timely payments, compliant contracts, and clear financial visibility while reducing risk and friction across the lifecycle.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Accuracy & Timely Payment: Ensure HR invoices are validated against executed contracts, approved POs, and accounting standards, resulting in on‑time payments and clean period close.

  • Contract Lifecycle Compliance: Coordinate contract intake, tracking, renewals, and required risk reviews (., TPRM, privacy) to ensure policy compliance and uninterrupted HR services.
