HR Functional Business Analyst

NCS Australia is seeking an HR Functional Business Analyst to support a major HR Uplift initiative. In this role, you will help remediate and enhance a primary HR Platform (SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure its seamless integration within a broader corporate ecosystem, including ServiceNow, Payroll, and Dynamics 365. Working alongside a Solution Architect and Lead BA, you will help evolve HR processes across the Hire to Retire value chain, ensuring digital solutions truly meet business needs.

You will take ownership of the requirements lifecycle—from running elicitation workshops to documenting as-is and to-be processes. Your day-to-day will involve translating business goals into clear functional requirements and user stories while maintaining end-to-end traceability.
