Job Description
- BS psychology graduate, Behavioral or any Business, or a related field.
- Relevant 1-2 years HR-GA experience or similar role, preferably within a PEZA manufacturing company.
- Responsible to day-to day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping and employee records management.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies & procedures in alignment with company strategy
- Providing performance management guidance (coaching, disciplinary actions)
- Oversea the day-to-day operations of the company's premises & facilities.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding licenses, permits, registrations, and other compliance requirements.
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports to drive business decisions.
