HR General Services Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company
• Can effectively communicate (written and verbal)
• Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline.

Technical Competence:

• 3rd Party Service Provider Management: Canteen, Janitorial, Shuttle Service
• Facilities and Office Administration
• Transportation Management
• Japanese Support Activities
• Audit and Compliance Management
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage
