E2M is looking for an experienced **HR Generalist** to provide hands-on HR support, guide managers, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and business performance. You’ll manage all phases of the employee life cycle: from hiring and training to employee relations and policy administration, while leading recruitment to bring top talent into our organization.

+ Manage employee relations matters and involve HRD as needed to ensure fair resolutions.
+ Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding to support employee engagement and smooth transitions.
