JOB SUMMARY The Human Resource Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for developing and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and capable talent for our growing operations in China.
They will also handle some day-to-day human resources (HR) duties for our Shanghai and Beijing locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruiting Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Create job postings and manage the advertisement processes.
Actively research, identify, and manage relationships with effective job posting platforms and recruitment channels within China.
Collaborate with business unit leaders and managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
