HUMAN RESOURCE:
· In-charge of recruitment processes, form screening resumes and scheduling/ conducting initial interviews.
· Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
· Facilitate employee relations (Issuance of NTE, NOD, NOA).
· Coordinate with HR on Incident reports, disciplinary notices, or leave balance requests.
· Daily checking of employee's time In & Out form the Security guard's logbook.
· Preparation of Timekeeping data and submission to HR Specialist for payroll processing.
· Approved duly filled out Official Business (OB) Form for those employees leaving the garage during working hours.
· Summarizing and checking of the Daily Accomplishment Report of the Motorpool employees submitted by the Chief Mechanic.
· Daily rounds in the Motorpool area every two (2) hours.
