As HR GENERALIST you will ensure an excellent employee experience in our office by managing office administration, work environment, and BEE activities, while supporting the HR TEAM.
A taster of what you will be involved with
Assist HR Manager with HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Support employee relations initiatives.
Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal and local legal requirements.
Manage staffing and compensation & benefits processes for designated areas.
Maintain HR systems and act as System Administrator for MyBetsson – LATAM.
Plan, coordinate, and execute employer branding activities.
Be an advocate for Betsson Group's culture and values.
