Job description:

The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with employment laws. The role involves supporting HR initiatives and collaborating with management to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
