HR Generalist

Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. The HR Generalist is a critical member of our Human Resources team, responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions while providing strong leadership and guidance across the organization. This role combines hands-on HR operations—such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations—with strategic initiatives that influence company culture and drive organizational success.



Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

With hands-on experience in all HR functions, preferably in the construction industry, with understanding of employee and labor relations.

Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
