Hr Generalist

**Overview**:Provide support to human resources management processes based on the company's policies, procedures, and values to ensure employee integration and satisfaction.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering in Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or related field.Knowledge: Basic Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Labor Relations.Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Experience: 2 years in the Human Resources area.Required language: Basic/Intermediate English.Availability to travel: Yes, only if support is needed at another site (10%).
