HR Generalist - Florida

We provide final mile logistics and service and have an opening for a result driven, employee centric **HR Generalist** to support our HR Business Partner.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
+ Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
+ Partners with HRBP manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Collaborate with HRBP to conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
+ Understand and utilize HR data to drive initiatives per the HRBPs direction.
+ Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
