HR Generalist for AGF Operations

Join AGF as an HR Generalist in a hybrid capacity for a 14-month contract, supporting operations across Ontario and Western Canada. Drive employee engagement and compliance while coaching leaders and managing HR programs.

Your role involves building vital relationships and being the face of HR within various client groups. You will administer programs related to performance management and ensure compliance with employment legislation while participating in union management meetings. The position requires a flexible approach, combining office and field work throughout Ontario.
