Join Storwell as an HR Generalist focused on employee relations and onboarding in Mississauga. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage routine HR tasks effectively.
In this position, you will be the first contact for employee inquiries, handling HR documentation, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. Your work will support around 100 staff members in a friendly, family-business environment where clear HR processes are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address routine HR questions and employee requests
• Prepare employee letters, contracts, and HR documentation
