As the Senior HR Executive for the Vietnam regional office at MKA Group, you will work closely with the Group HR (GHR) from the head office in Malaysia in managing the day-to-day HR operations in the regional office. Reporting directly to the country manager and dotted line to the Group HR, you will be responsible for connecting and coordinating with all the business units in the regional office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and manage the day-to-day HR operations;
• Deliver HR initiatives in collaboration with GHR, business leaders / stakeholders and in alignment with the company aspiration and core values;
• Work closely with GHR on every HR matters, manpower planning and comply with Group Policy as well as Labour Laws;
• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities up to onboarding for managerial level;
