Responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination and enforcing company policies. This role ensures that Pro-Solutions Technology, Co. hires and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Hiring
· Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and onboarding
· Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
