Hr Generalist Intern (Xico)

As a HR Generalist Intern at Honeywell, you will support HR initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions within the Mexico Offices. You will report directly to our HR Director and work out of the Samara Site and Tecnoparque Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
• Provide guidance on complex HR issues, organizational design, and development.
• Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the building automation business.
• Drive initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.
