Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full recruitment cycle (manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Coordinate onboarding process and employee orientation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain complete employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts department
3. Policies & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Handle disciplinary actions and policy violations
4. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Support management in disciplinary hearings and counseling
- Maintain positive workplace culture
