HR Generalist

US HR Generalist – Night Shift (On-Site)
- PECHS Block 6
- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Monday – Saturday
- PKR 80,000 – 150,000

Robust Support & Solutions is hiring a US HR Generalist with at least 1 year of core US HR experience (remote US market experience required).

Requirements:

• Experience in US recruitment & HR operations
• Basic knowledge of US state laws & labor regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• ADP experience is a plus (not mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

• Local HR experience only will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
