HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist (TA) to support our growing team. The role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition, while also assisting with general HR tasks as needed. This position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience, who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Support HR operations and ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.

Requirements:
