HR Generalist

Trade Ventures is growing, and we're looking for a passionate HR Generalist to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations

• Support recruitment and onboarding

• Manage employee relations and HR documentation

• Assist with performance management and compliance

What we're looking for:

2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role

Strong communication and people skills

Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
